The Provider Available/Unavailable Doesn't Work And Doesn't Show The Status

in the admin panel, I have activated the available button and it activates in the customer app, etc.., but in the provider, the button is not working it doesn't turn off or on and doesn't show the status, and when clicking on it it gives to me your subscription expired.
